How can I claim my member points for purchases made on Shopee, Lazada, or TikTok Shop?
If you purchased through Shopee, Lazada, or TikTok Shop and would like to enjoy member benefits, please provide your official receipt and Member ID to our Customer Service team.
We will verify your purchase details and assist with your enquiry accordingly.
When will points be credited?
Member points will be credited to your account within 7 working days after purchase.
When will points expire?
Points expiry reminders will be displayed in your profile 3 months before the expiry date.
Can I earn points for purchases made before registering as a Jeweland member?
No. Points cannot be awarded or reinstated for purchases made before your Jeweland membership registration.
Are there any birthday benefits?
Yes. Members will enjoy 2X points on all purchases during their birthday month, applicable to both online and retail purchases.
Is installment payment available for online and retail purchases?
Yes, installment payment options are available for both online and retail purchases:

How long does delivery take?

What is the return and exchange policy?
Items are eligible for exchange within 7 days of purchase. Refunds are not permitted. Exchanges must be made for an item of equal or higher value, and customers are required to pay any price difference.
