  • Responsible and involve in full spectrum of Human Resource functions includes recruitment & selection, training and development, compensation and benefits, performance management, industrial relations and other HR related matters.
  • Manage and ensure employee particulars are properly updated.
  • To maintain effective filling system and upkeep of employee record.
  • Perform any other related duties as Management may require from time to time.

Job Requirement

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or its equivalent.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office such as Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
  • Able to speak and write in English, Chinese and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Have to be analytical and detail oriented.

  • Evaluate, Manage and improve suppliers performance against KPI.     
  • Manage appropriate internal controls aligned to principal and business directives.
  • Develop supply chain processes and improve workflow for high efficiencies and quality deliverables.   
  • Work closely with sales planning and marketing for to align with sales and marketing plans.
